What is the procedure for a return?
- We can only provide a DPD return label for packages that are not oversized. Oversized packages (e.g., skis) must be sent via the postal service with postage prepaid.
- If you have a package that isn't oversized, please fill out the form below.
- You will receive a return label from us by e-mail. Place this clearly visible on the package and bring it to the nearest DPD acceptance point.
- As soon as we receive the package, we will inspect the return. Depending on the payment method you selected, the funds will be credited to your account or refunded to you.
The return shipping costs will be deducted directly from your refund.
