Employment of 30 - 38.5 hours per week

As a well-established trading company in the sports industry, our product range includes touring skis, skitouring boots, ski touring bindings, ski touring skins, snowshoes from the French brand "TSL" and ski touring bindings from the Italian premium brand "ATK".
Tasks:
1. service and complaint processing
- Repair service for ski touring bindings (HAGAN, ATK) and TSL snowshoes
- Complaint assessment (acceptance / rejection & possible goodwill offer for unjustified complaints) for all HAGAN products
- Creation of orders for exchange deliveries or creation of credit notes
2. customer contact for the returned goods Complaints and clarification with suppliers
3. organization of all sample collections of the different product lines
4. supervision of the test material HAGAN and TSL Snowshoes
- Organization of the test contingent camp
- Preparation for test events
- Takeover of the returned material including necessary work such as drying and, when ready for use, return to the test contingent warehouse
Skills:
- Technical understanding and manual aptitude for repair and service work
- IT skills incl. Word and Excel or Outlook
- Willingness to learn the merchandise management program BMD
- Basic knowledge of English required

- Willingness to pitch in when necessary until everything is done
- Readiness for warehouse work and shipping (e.g. returning complaints, shipping test material)

For this position, a classification in employment group B and a basic salary of EUR 2,034 gross per month is planned. The salary is based on full-time employment and 38.5 hours per week. Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and professional experience, especially in the case of independent communication in English.
