Conditions of the PRO Community

  1. General: Membership of our PRO Community is a privilege and not a right. This means that we can cancel your membership at any time and without giving reasons. In addition, membership is limited to 1 year and a budget of € 2,000. At the end of the year, you can reapply for membership.

  2. Use of the products: Products that you purchase via your PRO account should therefore only be for your personal use and not for giving away or reselling. Membership is also not intended for you to buy for friends and family at discounted prices.

  3. Confidentiality: Membership of our PRO Community is based on a relationship of trust. The benefits you receive through membership are confidential. Please adhere to this confidentiality obligation. Persons interested in our products are best referred to a HAGAN dealer or our online store. A breach of the confidentiality obligation may result in immediate withdrawal of membership.

  4. Pricing: After confirming your membership, you will be shown the prices that apply to you in our online store. Your discount cannot be combined with other offers and discounts and is not applicable to SALE items. Certain products may also be excluded from the discount. We reserve the right to change the eligibility criteria, the discount amount and the annual budget at any time.

  5. Returns & complaints: In the event of a return or complaint, please contact us directly and NOT a retailer. Use our return form for this.
